Chain Link Fencing
Chain link fencing is one of the most practical and affordable ways to secure your property in Laredo, TX, and we install it the right way so it lasts for decades.

Why Chain Link Fencing Works So Well
Chain link fencing has been around for a long time, and for good reason. It is tough, low-maintenance, and it gets the job done without breaking your budget. If your main goal is to define a boundary, keep pets and kids safe in the yard, or secure a commercial property, chain link is a smart choice that holds up well in South Texas weather.
Unlike wood fencing, chain link does not warp, crack, or rot. Unlike vinyl, it can handle heavy impact without breaking. The galvanized steel or vinyl-coated wire is designed to flex slightly on impact, which is actually one of the reasons it holds up so well over time. A properly installed chain link fence can last 20 years or more with very little maintenance beyond an occasional rinse.
Chain link is also one of the fastest fences to install. On most standard residential lots, we can have a chain link fence fully up in a single day. That means less disruption to your routine and a secured yard before the weekend. If you want to know how chain link compares to other options, our fence installation page gives you a full rundown of every material we work with.
Chain Link Options We Offer in Laredo, TX
Not all chain link fences look or perform the same. There are several choices that affect the look, privacy level, and strength of the finished fence. Here is what we offer:
- Galvanized chain link: The standard option. Silver in color, rust-resistant, and built to hold up for decades. Works well for most residential and commercial jobs.
- Vinyl-coated chain link: Comes in black, green, or brown. The coating adds a layer of corrosion resistance and blends better into landscaping than bare steel.
- Height options: We install chain link at 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 feet tall. The right height depends on your purpose: pet containment, security, code requirements, or aesthetics.
- Privacy slats: Woven or inserted slats turn a see-through chain link fence into a partial privacy screen. A good middle ground if you want security and some visual coverage.
- Barbed wire topping: Available for commercial and industrial properties where extra security is needed. Not typically allowed for residential front yards.
- Gates: Walk gates and drive gates are available in all standard widths. We build and hang them as part of the same install so everything lines up perfectly.

How We Install Chain Link Fencing
A chain link fence is only as good as the posts it hangs on. That is where a lot of cut-rate contractors cut corners, and it is where we do not. We dig every post hole to the proper depth for your soil conditions, set the posts in concrete, and let the concrete cure before stretching the fabric. If you rush that step, the fence sags and tilts within a few years.
We also tension the chain link correctly. Under-tensioned chain link looks wavy and is easy to push through. We use proper tension bars and stretcher tools to get the fabric tight and uniform across the full length of your fence. The result is a clean, professional-looking fence that is also structurally sound.
After the fence is up, we install all gate hardware, check every latch and hinge, and do a final walkthrough with you. We serve Laredo, TX and surrounding communities including Eagle Pass, Del Rio, and Zapata. Visit our home page to see everything we offer or to request a free estimate for your property.
